Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the gt77 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where gt77 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances consolidated, and any bonuses received across accounts forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gt77 Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. gt77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
gt77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. gt77 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy action is taken on your Account using the contact details registered to your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming requirements, all gt77 Players must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed. KYC may also be requested at any point during your account history at gt77's discretion in connection with AML obligations.

All deposits to your gt77 Wallet must be made through payment methods accepted on the gt77 Platform, which currently include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, Visa (credit/debit), Mastercard (credit/debit), and ShopeePay, as updated periodically.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱500.00 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotional offer. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day are set in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Player's KYC verification status and may vary by payment method.
gt77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits processed through GCash and PayMaya. Fees charged by third-party payment providers or banks are not within gt77's control and may be applied by the payment provider independently. Deposits are credited to your gt77 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider and are generally instant for GCash and PayMaya transactions.
Deposits made to your gt77 Account are intended for use on the gt77 gaming Platform only. gt77 reserves the right to reverse or refund a deposit where it suspects fraudulent activity, incorrect transaction routing, or where the deposit would result in a breach of applicable regulations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. gt77 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods where the original method is unavailable.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 for GCash and PayMaya. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts submitted during standard processing hours are targeted for completion within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

gt77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or has opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

These rules are supplementary to and form part of these Terms.
All casino game outcomes on gt77 are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games and by physical dealing/drawing processes for live dealer games. The certified RNG systems used on gt77 ensure statistically fair outcomes that are not influenced by the Company or any third party.
In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side recorded outcome, the server-side outcome shall be the definitive result. gt77 maintains complete game history records that are available for review in the event of a dispute. Where gt77 identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding and recovery of any funds associated with fraudulent activity, and referral of the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gt77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any gt77 content without express prior written permission from gt77.
Any unauthorized use of gt77 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt77, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the gt77 Platform, even if gt77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gt77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the gt77 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their gt77 Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gt77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. gt77 shall not be liable for any losses suffered during periods of Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gt77's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
gt77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data relating to Players is governed by the gt77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the gt77 Privacy Policy.
gt77 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

gt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Continued use of the gt77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the gt77 Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The gt77 Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute between a Player and gt77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the gt77 Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through gt77's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes should be raised with gt77 Customer Support in the first instance, providing full details of the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through gt77's internal process, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
